The paste is intense straw-yellow in color, hard and homogeneous; slightly grainy with a spicy flavor due to maturation.

Perfume: more decisive and marked. The notes start from butter and end with meat broth, passing through a floral note. The mephitic note can already be felt.

Taste: an explosion of flavours, a spicy note accompanied by the sweetness and flavor of the butter and meat broth which then ends with the mephitic note.
