Bonea and Varoni are two hamlets of Montesarchio. The oldest Samnite necropolis was discovered under the vineyards. It is a wine of charm and prestige, which is born in a cru of old centuries-old vineyards, still cultivated ungrafted, at an altitude of approximately 400 meters above sea level. The soils are characterized by the strong presence of limestone coming from the progressive disintegration of dolomite rocks, which gives particular finesse to the wine. A Falanghina to try, to discover the high level of excellence that this ancient Campania vine can achieve.
Organoleptic characteristics
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose it expresses notes of white flowers and ripe white fruit. On the palate it is broad and juicy, with full aromas and a clear mineral vein. The lively freshness makes the sip smooth and balanced.
Pairings and service
