Ingredients: Aubergines, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, carrots, peppers, salt and natural flavourings.

Ideal to include in appetizers with cured meats and cheeses . Excellent for seasoning stewed or plain cod. It also goes well with smoked fish (tuna and salmon).

In summer it is highly recommended in a tasty tomato salad. It can accompany both cold and hot first courses.
