Ingredients: Precooked corn flour 98% (Italy), porcini mushrooms, truffle 0.15%, parsley, chives, truffle flavouring, garlic.

Serves four people, cooks in 10 minutes.
Preparation: Boil 1.5 liters of water and add a spoonful of salt. As soon as it comes to the boil, mix the contents of the sachet gradually, stirring at the same time with a spoon to avoid lumps. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring. Pour onto a tray and season to taste with melted butter or a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and grated Parmesan.
