The spicy seasoned sausage is highly appreciated for its spicy and decidedly spicy flavour , with an intense aroma of fennel.
It is a sausage obtained exclusively from high quality meat, obtained from ham and pork shoulder , characterized by a strong color also due to the presence of chilli pepper.
How we prepare our spicy cured sausage
The processing of the sausage begins with the selection of pigs, 100% Italian, as they were born, raised and slaughtered only in Italy.
Not only does the livestock come from the national protected circuit , but it is rigorously bred in the open air and fed with natural products and foods.
In this way, in addition to having the utmost respect for the animals, we are also able to obtain meat rich in nutrients.
The cured sausage is obtained through an initial phase in which both the fatty and lean parts of the pig are minced.
The medium grinding of the meat allows you to maintain an excellent balance of flavours.
Subsequently, the kneading phase takes place, in which the sausage is flavored with salt, chilli pepper and fennel, without the addition of any additives, and is then stuffed into the natural casing.
Once the maturing period has passed, the sausage is immediately ready to be savored!
