Artisanal processing with local courgettes cut into rounds, dried, macerated in white wine vinegar, seasoned with local herbs, hand-potted and preserved in high quality extra virgin olive oil. Preservative free.

Recommended use: excellent as an aperitif with a dinner platter of soft cheeses (stracchino, gorgonzola, stracciata made from cow's milk and buffalo), mature caciocavallo, sausages and cured meats from Molise. Also recommended for filling sandwiches, can be combined with local and non-local spicy cured meats. Ideal to accompany appetizers and meat dishes.
